MCCALL FITNESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE.

We believe you’ll find our products to be the best available. In addition to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, we are 100% committed to your satisfaction. If for some reason you need to return an item, please note our policy and follow the instructions below.

 

Return Policy For Supplement Products:

Unopened Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are received in the same, new and unopened condition in which they were shipped. We will not accept or issue a refund for returned product(s) after this 30-day period has elapsed. Unopened products will be refunded for full purchase price less original shipping charges after delivery to our Returns Department. The customer is responsible for return shipping, adequate return packaging, and package insurance. When returning an item, we highly recommend using a shipping method that provides step-by-step tracking information to help ensure its safe arrival. McCall Fitness reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.  Once the returned products are received and reviewed, the refund will be issued.

Return Policy For Fitness Equipment Products:

You may return a purchased item within 30 days of your purchase date.  Unfortunately, after 30 days we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return you must provide a purchase receipt, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, plus a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Any upgraded shipping charges (i.e. Expedited Shipping) are non-refundable. 

We will ask that you provide the tracking information for the return shipment. We recommend you consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

If your order arrives via freight, please verify all items are present before you accept the delivery. If the equipment arrives damaged or has missing items, notify the freight company on the spot before signing for the delivery. Request the freight company take notes, pictures, etc. All equipment leaves our warehouses in new, unused condition unless otherwise noted. If there are no damages or shortages noted at the accepted delivery, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, items will be evaluated to ensure new condition before the refund is processed. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days and will show in your bank account on the original transaction date, minus the 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We may replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. You will be asked to provide photographs that provide a clear image of the quality issue in question. If you feel that you have received the wrong product or defected product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of delivery.

** Listing minimal damage such as “Scratch and Dent” or “Blemished” items are not eligible for return or warranty claims.

Cancellations

We try to get orders out as fast as possible. You may cancel your order prior to the order being processed. Once it is processed, we cannot cancel the order.

Clearance items

Only regular inventory items are eligible for a refund. Clearance items cannot be refunded.

If you receive a product and need support understanding its use or need support troubleshooting any issues you are experiencing, please reach out to us to ask questions or have us review videos or photos of your concerns.
